Shipping & Returns:

All orders are subject to manual verification. For faster processing its recommended to have same billing and shipping information.
Most orders are shipped 3-5 business days from completing transaction.
We offer Free shipping on all US orders. Shipping upgrades are available.

You may return the purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 25% restocking fee may apply to all returns that are damaged, vandalized or exceeded 30 days of delivery date.

Shipping charges are not refundable.


International Customers:

All International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Import duties taxes and fees are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. Fees charged by customs are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. The minimum return shipping method should be FedEx Ground with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at GoldJewelryUSA.com for quick and easy refunding.

For any items that is over 30 days and needs to be resize or exchange, there is a $25.00 handling fee.
