About the jewellery
Is your gold solid, or plated?
Solid. Every piece is solid 10K or 14K gold — never plated, never gold-filled. The karat is stamped on the piece.
Where is it made?
At our own bench in Los Angeles. Pieces are cast, finished and stamped here.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are a direct manufacturer selling online only — no showroom, no public counter. Selling direct is why the pricing works: you are buying from the bench rather than through a retailer’s markup.
Can I order a size or length you do not list?
Often yes. Contact us with the piece and the size you need and we will tell you whether it is possible and what it costs.
Ordering and delivery
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Free over $300, $7.99 under. We ship USPS and FedEx; timing depends on the service chosen at checkout, and tracking is provided on every order. Full detail on Shipping & Returns.
Will I need to sign for it?
Often, yes. Signature on delivery is required on many shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility — see Shipping & Returns.
Returns
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Terms and the returns process are on Shipping & Returns.
Are engraved or custom pieces returnable?
They are accepted subject to inspection, with a restocking fee of up to 25%, because they cannot go back into normal stock.
Where do I send it?
Contact us first — we will confirm the address. Do not post anything before you hear back, or it cannot be matched to your order.
Warranty and repairs
Is my piece under warranty?
Yes — 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. See Warranty & Repairs.
I have lost my paperwork. Am I still covered?
Yes. Your order number is the warranty — we hold the record. There is no card to keep.
Can you repair a piece I bought elsewhere?
Yes, as a paid repair. Send photos and we will quote before starting.
Caring for your jewellery
Can I shower or swim in it?
Better not to. Chlorine and salt water attack solder joints over time, and soap builds up in chain links and dulls the finish.
How do I clean it?
Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap, a soft brush, then dry it fully. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on pieces with set stones unless you know the stones are safe for it.
My white gold looks yellower than it used to.
That is normal — white gold is rhodium-plated and the plating wears over time. Re-plating restores it, and we offer that as a paid service.
